Praise has High Value in a Relationship with the Lord

Psalms 150:6 Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord.

God created all and He is the one true and only God worthy of complete and total praise. Genesis 1:1 – In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. We were created in God’s image Genesis 1:27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Praise is apart of your relationship to God and He wants it to be sincere. Worship by its definition is a demonstration of giving respect, acclaim and devotion.

Why Praise and Worship? God gives life and blessings. He causes the sun to shine on the earth and set up the earth and all therein in seven days. God is worthy of our praise. He is our protector, creator and Father. Psalm 5:11 – But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also taht love thy name be joyful in thee.

There is no human that measures up to the Magnificence of God’s mercy. Psalms 119:164 – Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgements.

Worship is a very much apart of our relationship with God. It is often how we acknowledge Him as Lord of our lives in Christ. True worship invokes His presence in your life. Praise can be down via playing an instrument, song or dance.

God wants a close relationship with you. Please cleave to Him in these perilous times.

What is this practice? Why is it important?

Prayer is a powerful weapon that nudges at the circumstances in atmosphere to bring about true change. Many disregard prayer because they think it does not bring immediate results.

Words have power. It also is a way to release pent energy inside by expressing interests to God. Just like telling a person something to get it off their your chest and feeling better after it. Prayer functions that same way. God is invested in what we have to say. He cares about what we go through.

James 5:16 – Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, tat ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of the righteous man availeth much.

Matthew 26:41 – Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing but the flesh is weak

God has given us instruction to pray. This is how we communicate with Him and it is very important. You can pray against evil spirits afflicting you, ask for certain blessings, resolutions to issue and problems etc.

Matthew 6:8 – Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask Him.

God wants you to communicate with Him. He wants you to have a relationship with Him with Jesus.

God may not always answer a prayer the way you intend for Him to. Some types of prayer requests God may want you to wait. At the time, you may not have been ready for it. God is not int he business of granting request He knows will hurt you.

It is important to pray fervently prayer because there are evil presences in this world. They fight to keep certain prayers from getting heard which may cause a delay from God. Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

It is important to not stop praying. Luke 18:1 – And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought to always pray, and not to faint;

Now is a time to run to God in Christ. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Proverbs 18:10 The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
